Kevin Sean Toole
Kevin Sean Toole is a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Law. While in law school, Kevin was active in numerous organizations and earned a service award for his pro bono work at the First Amendment Foundation in Tallahassee, Florida.
Kevin spent two summers clerking for the firm of Duffy & Fasano in Middlebury, Connecticut, where he focused on assisting the attorneys with family law matters. He also spent a semester at Australia’s prestigious Sydney University School of Law where he studied aspects of both Australian law as well as International law.
Kevin practices in the firm’s litigation department, primarily in family law and criminal defense. He spends much of his time in the courtroom and has represented clients ranging from complex contested divorce to felony criminal defense. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys travel, soccer, history, and traditional Irish music. He has traveled extensively and lived in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Georgia, Florida, Japan, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
