Ms. McKinley is a graduate of the McGeorge School of Law, where she earned her doctorate in jurisprudence.

Deborah was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1998 and the Georgia State Bar in 2008. Ms. McKinley is a mother of six children and practices both criminal and divorce law.

Kevin spent two summers clerking for the firm of Duffy & Fasano in Middlebury, Connecticut, where he focused on assisting the attorneys with family law matters. He also spent a semester at Australia’s prestigious Sydney University School of Law where he studied aspects of both Australian law as well as International law.

Kevin practices in the firm’s litigation department, primarily in family law and criminal defense. He spends much of his time in the courtroom and has represented clients ranging from complex contested divorce to felony criminal defense. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys travel, soccer, history, and traditional Irish music. He has traveled extensively and lived in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Georgia, Florida, Japan, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Ted graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2001.  For several years Ted Worked in Business Consulting and Marketing and owned and operated a Telecommunications Brokerage in Tucker, Georgia before attending Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.

After receiving his law degree from John Marshall Ted worked under mentorship in private practice with an emphasis on the intricacies of Family Law, Collections, and Personal Injury.  Thereafter Ted began his association with McKinley Law Group.

Ted’s experiences have helped him achieve a level of mastery in legal strategy and procedure that propel him to excellence in legal representations.

Ted is licensed to appear in all courts of Georgia.
