Ms. McKinley is a graduate of the McGeorge School of Law, where she earned her doctorate in jurisprudence.

Deborah was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1998 and the Georgia State Bar in 2008. Ms. McKinley is a mother of six children and practices both criminal and divorce law.

Joan graduated from Mercer University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Summa Cum Laude. After spending two years in the Investment Industry, Joan decided to pursue her law degree at Mercer University and graduated in 2007. Joan’s practices include Immigration, Family and General Civil Litigation. She is also fluent in verbal and written Spanish.

Marc is a family lawyer with over 25 years experience in Tennessee and Georgia. He has devoted his practice to the needs of individuals and families in a wide array of domestic law issues including pre-nuptial agreements, divorce and custody cases, modification of support or visitation, estate planning (wills, advanced health care directives, powers of attorney, and trusts), small corporations, and personal injury cases (car accident, slip and fall, premises liability).

Marc has been a guest on “The Layman’s Lawyer” on PBS, discussing marriage and divorce, and has appeared on CNN, WSB, and local television in Chattanooga representing clients in high profile cases.
